Mark Hardy (born February 1, 1959) is a Swiss-born Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. He played 15 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Los Angeles Kings, New York Rangers, and Minnesota North Stars from 1979 to 1994. Hardy was drafted 30th overall by the Kings in the 1979 NHL entry draft. He ranks third among Kings defencemen in all-time scoring. In the 1992–93 season, Hardy and the Kings reached the Stanley Cup Final for the first time in franchise history.
