Daryl Dike

Dike played college soccer for the University of Virginia and was selected in the first round (5th overall) of the 2020 MLS SuperDraft by Orlando City after already having signed a Generation Adidas contract. Dike also won the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup with the United States national team. He was born in Edmond, Oklahoma, and played soccer at Edmond North High School. He played for OKC Energy U23 in the PDL during the 2018 season. Dike played for Virginia from 2018 to 2019, earning ACC All-Freshman Team and All-ACC Second Team honors. He was named the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament Most Outstanding Player in 2019. Dike made his professional debut for Orlando City in July 2020 and was loaned to Barnsley in 2021. He later signed for West Bromwich Albion in January 2022, where he suffered multiple injuries. He returned to Orlando City in July 2026.
