Dragons are the strongest kind of monster in the KonoSuba world. They are huge scaled reptiles with horns and wings, highly resistant to both physical and magical attacks, and clever as well as strong. Every part of a dragon, from horns and scales to blood, is a prized material because dragons are made of magical power.

Background
Dragons are grouped by age. Lesser Dragons are under a hundred years old; Greater Dragons are older, as smart as humans and able to understand speech; Elder Dragons are the oldest and strongest, and can take human form. They hoard shiny things such as gold, they can bargain with people, and some work alongside Dragon Knights. Among themselves the strong rule the weak. Named varieties include Ancient, Red and Green Dragons.
