The Final World

A realm on the edge of reality for those who cannot move on.

The Final World is a realm on the edge of reality, inhabited by faded remnants of people who cannot move on because of the strong attachments in their hearts. Sora unknowingly visited it in his dreams before arriving there during his group's battle with Terra-Xehanort. He manages to return, but ends up in the Final World again after sacrificing himself to revive Kairi.
