Kamen Rider ZEZTZ (仮面ライダーゼッツ, Kamen Raidā Zettsu) is a Japanese tokusatsu television series and the 36th installment in Toei Company's Kamen Rider metaseries. It is the seventh series to debut during the Reiwa period. The show aired from September 7, 2025, to August 30, 2026, taking over from Kamen Rider Gavv and later replaced by Kamen Rider MY-TH. It was the first Kamen Rider series to receive a simultaneous global broadcast alongside its Japanese release, and as of now, it is the last series to air alongside a Super Sentai series for the foreseeable future. The series explores themes of dreams and spy technology. Its second half coincides with the 55th anniversary of the entire Kamen Rider franchise.
The story follows Baku Yorozu, a young man with consistently bad luck who dreams of becoming a secret agent. In his sleep, he imagines serving the organization CODE as Code Number: Seven. After a misfortune leads him to encounter monsters called Nightmares, the mysterious commander Zero recruits him as a real CODE agent. Using the ZEZTZ Driver—a transformation belt that operates with special capsules called "Capsems"—Baku becomes Kamen Rider ZEZTZ and fights Nightmares in both the dream world and the real world. As his missions progress, Baku uncovers hidden truths that force him to act before events spiral out of control.
In the real world, Baku is aided by Tetsuya Fujimi, a police detective from the Paranormal Affairs Division, and his reluctant assistant Nasuka Nagumo. In dreams, he is helped by Nem, a once-beloved celebrity who has not been seen in public for years and now only appears in people's dreams. As Baku and Nem grow closer, they realize she was injured and left comatose in an accident. Baku makes it his primary goal to find Nem in the real world and help her wake up.
The main antagonist is Nox, a man who exists only in dreams and seeks to create Nightmares and bring ruin to the world. Nox is later revealed to be Kensei Odaka, a former police officer and Fujimi's former assistant in Paranormal Affairs, who was once Code Number: Four before disappearing a year before the series begins. Zero assists Baku in both realms, appearing only as a shadowy hologram or remotely controlling an android that transforms into a motorcycle called CODE Zeroider.
As Baku continues his fight, more CODE agents are activated.
