The Watcher Knights originate as the Pale King's elite guard, stationed primarily in the Deepnest to protect the kingdom from threats lurking below. They serve as a physical barrier between the upper world and the chaotic fungal depths. In combat, they are slow but devastatingly powerful. Their attacks involve heavy sweeping strikes with their greatswords and leaping slams that can cover large areas of the arena. Players must learn to dodge these telegraphed moves carefully, often waiting for the knight to expose itself after a missed attack. A key interaction occurs when the Knight faces them in their corrupted state. Defeating them yields significant rewards and is necessary to progress through certain parts of the Deepnest.
