Order of the Thorn
The Druid-like cult behind Michael Myers in the Thorn films.
The cult of Thorn is the secret group that, in the later films of the original Halloween continuity, controls Michael Myers and drives him to kill his own bloodline. It takes its name from Thorn, an ancient Celtic rune and Druid curse that is said to drive a person to kill their family on Halloween.

The cult first appears in Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) through a mysterious "Man in Black", though that film largely played the subplot down. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) expands it: six years after escaping the Haddonfield police station, Michael and his niece Jamie Lloyd are held by the Man in Black and his cult at a facility with medical staff, where Jamie gives birth.
The Man in Black turns out to be Dr. Terence Wynn, chief administrator of Smith's Grove Sanitarium. Wynn suggests that Smith's Grove staff have been studying pure evil to learn to control it, with Jamie's baby Steven implied to be the result, and asks Dr. Loomis to join him. During the surgical procedure at the sanitarium, Michael turns on the cult and kills them all.
