Brett Favre and Steve Young were two of the most celebrated quarterbacks of the 1990s, but their head-to-head matchups and career achievements are often confused. Favre won Super Bowl XXXI as a starter with the Green Bay Packers, while Young won one Super Bowl as a starter (Super Bowl XXIX). Favre was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016; Young was inducted in 2005, so they were not consecutive inductees.
