Pacifica Elise Northwest, voiced by Jackie Buscarino, is the most popular girl in Gravity Falls and Mabel's main rival. Her wealthy family claims descent from the town's supposed founder, Nathaniel Northwest, although the real founder was Quentin Trembley, the 'eighth-and-a-half' President of the United States.

She starts out sarcastic and spoiled, looking down on Mabel and using other people's insecurities to get her way, until Dipper exposes that her family's prestige rests on a lie. In 'The Golf War' she and Mabel team up against the Lilliputtians and become friendly.
