Background
At the hospital, Rachel, who has no health insurance after spraining her ankle, convinces Monica to trade identities with her so she can use Monica's coverage. The two meet two attractive doctors (George Clooney and Noah Wyle) and arrange a date, which forces them to keep up the switch.
Ursula dumps Joey without telling him, so Phoebe pretends to be her so Joey will finally know. Ross doubts his ability to be a father, but after Marcel swallows Scrabble tiles and has to be taken to the hospital, Ross takes care of him and gains confidence. A repeat of Seinfeld aired between the two parts.
