Background
Five years after killing Jason, Tommy has passed through numerous psychiatric hospitals and is transferred to the Pinehurst Halfway House, run by Dr. Matt Letter and his assistant Pam Roberts. There he meets the other residents: lovers Eddie and Tina, the stutterer Jake, punk Violet, the serious Robin, the compulsive eater Joey and young Reggie, whose grandfather George is the cook. Their foul-mouthed neighbour Ethel resents them. Vic, a violent-tempered patient, is driven into a fit of madness by Joey and brutally kills him, and the murders begin.
