The Blazing Blade of Roland.
Durandal, also called the Blazing Blade or the Sword of Sacred Fire, is the legendary sword wielded by Roland during the Scouring, the war against the dragons in the history of Elibe. Like the other legendary weapons, it is effective against dragons and wyverns.

Lore & Background
Roland was one of the Eight Legends who fought the dragons in the Scouring. The legendary weapons used in that war were later suspected of having upset the elements and caused the Ending Winter; the war ended when Hartmut sealed away the demon dragon Idunn. In Fire Emblem Heroes the sword appears as Ardent Durandal for Legendary Eliwood and Blazing Durandal for Roy.
