Time Stop
Freeze the world in place and move alone through suspended time.
via Wikipedia: Magic in Dungeons & Dragons · see source
Time Stop is a high-level transmutation spell in Dungeons & Dragons that lets the caster manipulate the flow of time, gaining a few extra moments to act while time is stopped for everyone and everything else. In the Forgotten Realms it freezes a spherical area around the caster: the caster moves and acts normally while every other creature and object inside is held motionless, anything that enters the sphere is frozen too, and the spell ends if the caster leaves the area. It does not affect demigods or more powerful beings. The spell needs only a verbal component, and Realms lore credits its invention to the Netherese arcanist Jeriah Chronos, who named himself Chronomancer after it.
