Background
Misa gets a Death Note from Rem, becomes the second Kira and identifies Light. When she is arrested, Light has them both give up their notebooks and lose their memories, while Rem passes a notebook to reporter Kiyomi Takada. Light later regains his memories and kills Takada, and the fake 13-day rule clears him and Misa.
