Royal Giant
A Giant who shoots buildings with a cannon from range.
The Royal Giant is a Common troop card in Clash Royale that costs 6 Elixir and is unlocked at the Royal Arena (Arena 7). He is a slow ground troop with high hitpoints and high damage that targets only buildings and attacks them from medium range with a hand-held cannon. He looks like the Giant but wears a crown and a dark navy coat.
Background
Because he fires from range, he does not soak up hits for melee or short-range troops the way a melee tank would. The fan wiki notes that he can still act as a tank if melee troops are placed after the Crown Tower has locked onto him. He was added on 29 February 2016.
