Ice Wizard
A Legendary caster whose ice shards slow enemies down.
The Ice Wizard is a Legendary troop card in Clash Royale that costs 3 Elixir and is unlocked at Spooky Town (Arena 12). He attacks from medium range with area damage, can hit air units, and has moderate hitpoints and low damage; each hit slows the target's movement and attack speed by 30%. When he is deployed he also damages and slows the enemies around him.
Background
The fan wiki recommends using him on defence first and then as support in the counterattack, making the most of the slow since his damage is small. A good spot is the middle of the defender's side, where melee troops must walk furthest to reach him and come under fire from the second Crown Tower.
