Fantasia Story is the play Nagisa Furukawa performs with the revived Drama Club at Hikarizaka Private High School, the club having been brought back in time for the Founders' Festival. It tells of a lonely girl living in a world that has ended, who makes a doll out of garbage that comes to life.

Background
At the end of the play the girl and the doll leave their world together and sing a song. Nagisa chose 'Dango Daikazoku', even though Tomoya told her it did not fit the rest of the story. She practises the play through the first series and performs it at her school in the episode 'Two Shadows'. The world of the play is the Illusionary World and its girl is the Girl in the Illusionary World, but how Nagisa knows the story is never explained, since that girl's true identity is only revealed six years later. It is the second play Nagisa has watched or performed, the first being one her father got for her.
