Witch Queen

The Witch Queen, whose name is Ursula Bloodlord, is the former ruler of the Witches' Forest and the mother of all witches. She uses Blood Magic, despises men and imperfection, and can foresee the future, though not always accurately: she imprisoned Vanessa Enoteca as a child after foreseeing the potential of her Thread Magic, and later let her escape because she also foresaw Vanessa returning with a gift. After spending most of her power on Judgment Day, she steps down and passes the title to Dorothy Unsworth.
