Gene Takavic
A fugitive manager of a Cinnabon in Omaha, Nebraska, living under an assumed identity after the events of Breaking Bad.
Gene Takavic is the assumed identity of Jimmy McGill, the former lawyer known as Saul Goodman, who adopts this persona after the events of Breaking Bad. The show includes black-and-white flashforwards set in 2010, after Breaking Bad, which explore the consequences of Saul's actions across both series. These flashforwards show Jimmy living as a fugitive under the identity of Gene Takavic, the manager of a Cinnabon store in Omaha, Nebraska. The flashforwards constitute the opening scenes of the first five season premieres, and make up nearly the entirety of the episodes towards the end of the series.
