Mesa Verde Bank and Trust
The bank client that Kim Wexler, Chuck and Jimmy fight over.
Mesa Verde Bank and Trust is a banking client in Better Call Saul, chaired by Kevin Wachtell, with Paige Novick, a friend of Kim Wexler, as senior legal counsel. Kim secures Mesa Verde as a client for Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill, although Howard Hamlin denies her the credit.
Lore & Background
When Kim quits HHM, Mesa Verde agrees to hire her as outside counsel, but Chuck McGill and Howard bring it back to HHM. Jimmy then alters paperwork in one of Chuck's Mesa Verde filings so that Chuck appears incompetent, and Mesa Verde returns to Kim. Chuck tricks Jimmy into confessing, a chain of events that leads to the suspension of Jimmy's law license. Kim later runs a solo practice with Mesa Verde as her only client, before growing bored with banking law and taking on pro bono criminal defense cases.
