Plot

The Roberts family is on an adventure cruise for Chelsea's seventh birthday. Their mother Margaret is occupied but assures Chelsea that the following day will be all about her. So Chelsea, along with her stuffed animals and sisters Barbie, Skipper, and Stacie, looks for the ideal spot on the ship for her party. Stacie discovers a basketball bouncy house, but the Activities Director says Chelsea is too short to go in.

Skipper finds a club that seems great, but the Activities Director explains it is only for teens and tweens, not for a four-year-old. They speak with Arlene, who leads them to an area with pools and water slides that has a special birthday section. Chelsea loves it. The girls put their belongings on a beach chair and jump into a pool. Someone then takes Kelsie, Chelsea's plush elephant, and causes it to become trapped in the pool's wave controls.

The Activities Director accuses Chelsea, but George defends her. Chelsea returns to her cabin, followed by her sisters. Barbie praises Chelsea for looking after Kelsie so carefully. Chelsea goes to sleep, hoping her birthday will arrive sooner.
