Wan Shi Tong's Library
The spirit library of the owl who knows ten thousand things.
Wan Shi Tong's library belongs to Wan Shi Tong, a powerful owl-like spirit in Avatar: The Last Airbender who claims to know ten thousand things. He brought it into the physical world, stocked by his knowledge-seeking foxes, to help people better themselves.
Lore & Background
He grew disillusioned with humans after Admiral Zhao used the library to learn about the Moon and Ocean spirits for the war. When Aang and his friends lie to him to learn about the Day of Black Sun, he takes the library back to the Spirit World and bars humans, except Professor Zei of Ba Sing Se, who chose to stay. He was voiced by Héctor Elizondo.
