Tress MacNeille

The voice of Dot Warner on Animaniacs.

Tress MacNeille is an American voice actress known for her roles such as Dot Warner on the animated television series Animaniacs and its revival. She was brought in to voice Dot Warner because Dot's character was very similar to Babs Bunny, a role MacNeille had previously played on Tiny Toon Adventures. Her work on the show, for which she was nominated for an Annie Award in 1995, is part of a broader career that includes voicing characters on The Simpsons since 1990, as well as roles in Disenchantment, Rugrats, and Hey Arnold!.
