Generation Kill (band)
American crossover thrash band formed in 2008.
Generation Kill is a crossover thrash band from the United States, founded in 2008 in Congers, New York, by vocalist Rob Dukes, who was previously in Exodus. Dukes took the band's name from the book of the same title. The original lineup—featuring Jason Trenczer, Lou Lehman, and Sam Inzerra—began writing and recording their first album, *Red, White and Blood*. After Inzerra departed over creative differences, Jim DeMaria took over on drums, and that group recorded the follow-up, *We're All Gonna Die*, with producer Zeuss.
Later, with drummer Robert Youells, the band worked with Darryl "DMC" McDaniels of Run-DMC on a project initially called DMC Generation Kill, later renamed Fragile Mortals, which released an album. In 2022, Generation Kill put out *MKUltra*, the successor to *We're All Gonna Die*.
