Plot
On Babylon 5, alien thief Dureena Nafeel arrives seeking the Thieves Guild; she is captured but allowed to operate under their rules. Galen visits her in sleep, warning her to choose a target wisely. At the firing range, supervisor Lionel Drake demonstrates Excalibur's Vorlon-influenced weapon system, which channels energy from the entire hull into a single powerful burst but leaves the ship underpowered for a minute. During the test, Galen appears to Sheridan in a waking dream, explaining that the Technomages remain hidden but have learned of an impending Drakh attack on Earth. The Drakh, former allies of the Shadows, seek revenge for humanity's role in defeating them and destroying Z'ha'dum. Galen gives Sheridan descriptions of three individuals who will meet him at Babylon 5 to help, but warns him never to explain his actions or mission to anyone.
