Cave In is an American rock band from Methuen, Massachusetts, formed in 1995. Their early work, including the 1998 album *Until Your Heart Stops*, made them a notable act in the metalcore scene. The band later shifted styles and achieved wider recognition with their 2003 RCA Records release *Antenna*, an alternative rock album whose lead single was "Anchor." After going on hiatus in 2006, the group reunited in 2009. They followed with the *Planets of Old* EP and then the 2011 LP *White Silence*, both of which marked a return to the heavier sound of their earlier years.
