Ted David began his career in radio, working at New York stations including WLIX, WGBB, WGSM, WHLI, WKJY, WABC, WPIX, WPLJ, and providing regular business reports on WCBS NewsRadio 880. He spent eight years as an ABC Radio News correspondent before joining CNBC. At CNBC, he co-anchored Morning Call and anchored programs such as The Edge, Street Signs, Weekly Business, Market Watch, Market Wrap, and The Money Wheel. After retiring from CNBC in 2009, he worked as a freelance anchor on 1010 WINS and occasionally on Cablevision's News12 Long Island until August 2017. He also appeared on ABC's One Life To Live and reported for Business Week TV until its cancellation in late 2008.
