Alien Queen
The egg-laying ruler of a Xenomorph hive.
Like wasps or termites, Xenomorphs are eusocial, with a single fertile queen breeding a caste of warriors, workers and other specialist strains.
Quick Facts

- Aliens (1986)
Lore & Background
Within the Xenomorph hierarchy, the Queen occupies an unassailable position as the colony's singular heart. While drones function as workers and Facehuggers serve only to implant embryos, she is the architect of their expansion. Once a nest is established, she becomes sedentary and produces eggs that will hatch into Facehuggers.
