As Time Goes By (The Carpenters album)
Compilation of Carpenters demos, outtakes, and TV performances.
As Time Goes By is a Carpenters compilation drawing from demos, outtakes, live shows, and TV specials from 1967 to 1980. It features previously unreleased songs and early demo versions that secured their first record deal. Because some original tapes were poor quality, Richard Carpenter re-recorded certain parts specifically for this release.
