Units
The first three units introduce sex education gently, progressing from differences and birth for younger children to media images, same-sex relationships, and teenage pregnancy. Unit 4 covers puberty and body image in more detail, emphasising a healthy mind and body. Unit 1 (ages 5–7) includes Differences, How did I get here?, and Growing up. Unit 2 (ages 7–9) covers Changes, How babies are made, and How babies are born. Unit 3 (ages 9–11) comprises Girl talk, Boy talk, and Let's talk about sex. Unit 4 (ages 11–13) addresses Puberty, Body image, and Making the right choices. As of July 7, 2012, the DVDs were removed from the Channel 4 catalogue due to the government's PSHE curriculum review. An alternative version featuring the first three units was released in 2013, with Girl talk and Boy talk moved to Unit 2, How babies are made and How babies are born moved to Unit 3, and Let's talk about sex dropped.
