Matthew Haag, born August 3, 1992, and better known as Nadeshot, is an American content creator, businessman and former professional Call of Duty player. He is the founder, co-owner and former CEO of 100 Thieves.

As a player he captained OpTic Gaming in the 2014 Call of Duty: Ghosts season and the 2014–15 Advanced Warfare season in the objective support role, taking the captaincy after BigTymer retired. He is a 2011 Call of Duty XP world champion and an MLG X Games 2014 gold medallist, and won Best eSports Player at The Game Awards 2014. He was a Red Bull esports athlete and was sponsored by Astro Gaming and Scuf Gaming.
Haag founded 100 Thieves as a lifestyle brand and gaming organisation in Los Angeles; Drake bought an ownership stake in 2018. In December 2024 he said he was stepping back to pursue full-time content creation, and in September 2025 he confirmed he was no longer CEO while remaining involved in other roles.
