Synopsis

The film follows Alison and her boyfriend Michael, who travel to Eastern Europe so that Alison and her mother Sylvia can receive cosmetic surgery from Dr. K. Michael is given a tour by a staff member, Daniel, who abandons him to steal drugs. Michael discovers a restrained, muzzled woman and removes the muzzle; Daniel returns, and they realize the woman is a zombie. She chews through her restraints and attacks others, causing an outbreak. Michael stops Alison's surgery so they can flee.

On the way to Sylvia, they are attacked; Alison leaves Michael, believing him dead. Alison finds an unconscious Sylvia, but a zombie bites Sylvia before Daniel saves them. Michael awakens and reunites with Alison, Sylvia, Daniel, and another survivor. Dr. K reveals the facility accidentally created the zombie virus during experiments.

Janja kills Dr. K, claiming he was infected by Sylvia, who is changing. Michael cannot kill Sylvia, so Alison does. The survivors attempt escape; Daniel becomes infected while blackmailing Janja, then kills him. The military blocks exits, willing to kill anyone leaving.

Daniel betrays Michael in the tunnels. Alison kills Daniel after discovering his infection and attempted rape. Michael escapes using a bomb, but is fatally run over by Alison, who mistakes him for a zombie. She realizes her mistake as she crashes and dies.
