Gameplay
The player selects from Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, or The British Bulldog and must defeat five opponents in order to become WWF World Heavyweight Champion. The opponents are Mr. Perfect, The Warlord, Ted DiBiase, The Mountie, and Sgt. Slaughter. Before each match, the opponent taunts the player's wrestler, and the player chooses from several replies, reflecting WWF house style. Wrestlers can perform basic punches and kicks, plus dropkicks, clotheslines, and one signature grapple move executed by waggling the joystick. A chair outside the ring can be used as a weapon. Matches have a five-minute time limit; a draw or count-out counts as a loss. The player has four credits. A practice mode features a prone opponent, and a second player can control Mr. Perfect.
