The Watchers
Watching from the shadows, they steer fate without ever being seen.
No formal charter exists for The Watchers within the VALORANT Protocol or the First Council; they are an enigmatic collective known only through agent lore and community guesses. Linked to the shadowy roots of the Radiant entities, these unseen forces monitor the world from outside human perception. When agents like Omen mention serving a higher will or feeling guided by those watching in the dark, no official dossier identifies them as a distinct faction with a public charter.

Lore & Background
In the deep lore of the Valorant universe, whispers persist of entities that predate the Radiants themselves. These figures are occasionally termed 'The Watchers' by those who delve into the darker corners of agent histories. They do not walk among humans in physical form but influence events through proxies and chosen agents. Omen's backstory heavily implies a connection to this unseen hierarchy, suggesting he was recruited or guided by forces that exist outside normal reality.
Reader's Guide
The Watchers function more as a mythological concept within Valorant lore than a structured faction like the Council or Protocol. Their primary goal appears to be maintaining balance or observing the convergence of Radiant powers across Earth. No confirmed members exist outside of speculative links to agents who manipulate shadows and reality, such as Omen. In the conflict between the VALORANT Protocol and the Radiants, they remain neutral observers unless their specific interests are threatened.
