CLAVVS began releasing singles from their debut EP halfblood monthly before its release on April 4, 2016. The single 'Sit You Down' was picked up by Hype Machine blogs and featured on PBS' The Music Voyager, while 'Spectre' landed in MTV's Teen Wolf. Creative Loafing named CLAVVS Best Progressive Pop Act and ranked halfblood the #17 Atlanta album of 2016. Their sophomore album World Underwater (2017) peaked at #60 on the NACC college radio chart and saw songs featured on MTV's Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant. They released standalone covers and singles, including 'Electric Feel' and 'Like Daggers.'

In 2018, the single 'Lay Back' reached #1 on the Hype Machine chart. The duo released the No Saviors EP in March 2019, with songs appearing on Younger, ABC's Grand Hotel, and Netflix's Locke & Key. They released a double single 'Keeps / Fade' in July 2019, and the extended version of No Saviors in February 2020. Their album O arrived on July 29, 2021, featuring the singles 'Dance in Place' and 'Heyi,' with 'Dance in Place' used in the season finale of The Sex Lives of College Girls. O remixes followed in November 2021.

In 2023, CLAVVS released the standalone single 'Interference' and a collaboration with Chico Mann titled 'Get Down,' which was featured in a Michael Kors ad campaign. The single 'House on Fire' came out in January 2024. In December 2024, they released a collaborative EP A Dream Away with Graham Marsh's solo project draigh.
