Background

In The Sims 4: Vampires they can switch between regular and dark forms and use powers such as super speed, turning into a bat or super strength. Thirst replaces hunger and is fed by drinking from Sims, plasma fruit or plasma packs, and they must avoid daylight, with sunlight's effects depending on their rank and perks. Create a Sim offers vampire options such as dark forms, unnatural eye colours, pale skin and different fang types. A Sims 4 vampire's rank decides its powers and weaknesses: a newly turned vampire starts at rank 1 as a Vampire Fledgling and next becomes a Minor Vampire at rank 2.
