Beastmen Alliance

Lore & Background

The existence of Will, who treats Shera with unconditional love despite her non-human nature, challenges the status quo regarding beastkin treatment. His actions inadvertently strengthen the resolve of beastmen to seek coexistence rather than conflict. Over time, interactions between human adventurers and beastkin territories have shifted from hostility to cautious trade, though deep-seated mistrust remains a defining feature of their relationship with the Holy Church and Kingdoms.

Reader's Guide

The primary goal of the Beastmen Alliance is survival and the establishment of safe territories where beastkin can live without persecution. Their hierarchy is decentralized, consisting of tribal elders rather than a single monarch or commander. Key members often include influential figures like Shera, who bridge the gap between humans and beastkin through personal relationships. Their relationship with Will is foundational; he acts as their protector and advocate within human society. While they do not seek war against humanity, they defend themselves fiercely when threatened. In broader conflicts, such as those involving demons or corrupt church officials, they often remain neutral unless their lands are directly targeted, focusing on internal stability.
