Background
Chloe, then known as the legendary hero Chronoa, used it to seal the Storm Dragon Veldora. The prison held for about 300 years and did not weaken with time, until Veldora and Rimuru dismantled it together, helped by Rimuru's Great Sage evolving into Raphael and Veldora's Investigator into Faust.
