Ricky Zoom

Ricky Zoom is an animated children's television series created by Alexander Bar. The show was produced by Hasbro's Entertainment One subsidiary and Frog Box, alongside Maga Animation Studio, TeamTO, Youku Kids, and Rai Ragazzi. It debuted on Youku Kids on June 28, 2019.

Set in the town of Wheelford, the series centers on a young anthropomorphic motorcycle named Ricky Zoom and his friends Loop Hoopla, Scootio Whizzbang, and DJ Rumbler. Together, they form the "Bike Buddies" and go on adventures in their community. Ricky aspires to become a rescue bike, like his parents and his idol, Steel Awesome.

The main characters include Ricky Zoom, a red motorcycle with dark blue eyes and rescue gadgets, whose symbol is a Z. Loop Hoopla is a blue dirt bike with green eyes and paddle tires, able to hover using side boosters; he loves stunts and has a spiral symbol. DJ Rumbler is a green three-wheeled ATV with brown eyes, a robotic arm, and various tool attachments; his symbol is a crossed screwdriver and hammer, and he is very strong. Scootio Wizzbang is a yellow scooter with blue eyes, equipped with a drone called a Zoomcam and miniature robots called ScootBops; she keeps a tablet in her front wheel arch and has a sun symbol. She is the only female among the four main Bike Buddies.

Recurring characters include Toot Zoom, Ricky's younger sister—a lavender motorcycle with blue eyes who is sweet but sassy and often embarrasses Ricky. Their father, Hank Zoom, is a red adult motorcycle with blue eyes and a rescue bike. Their mother, Helen Zoom, is an orange adult motorcycle with green eyes who once operated secretly as the Wheelford Wheeler. Cousin Dasher Zoom is a light blue pre-teen motorcycle with green eyes who loves racing. Steel Awesome is a superhero stunt bike Ricky idolizes; he is bold, brave, and speaks with an American accent. Maxwell runs the local garage and service station, a community hub and leader of the Ramp Camp club. Blip Hoopla is Loop's older brother, a delivery bike who often loses things. Don Hoopla is their single father, the town's mail carrier and pizza deliverer. Scootio's parents are Whoopie Wizzbang and Fred Wizzbang; Whoopie once competed against Helen Zoom. DJ's parents are Della Rumbler and Jake Rumbler, both construction workers. Officer Bunker is the town's police bike, strict but kind-hearted, speaking with a Scottish accent.
