One Last Con

"One Last Con" serves as both the tenth episode of *Suits*' ninth season and the series finale, marking the 134th episode overall. It aired on USA Network on September 25, 2019, and was written and directed by series creator Aaron Korsh—his first time directing.
In the episode, Harvey calls Mike as a witness during the ongoing trial. Faye demands Harvey testify against Samantha the next day to secure a win. Harvey reveals to Mike the deal he made with Faye to get her to leave the firm, admitting he never stopped trusting Mike. Mike proposes a final con to stop Faye. Mike offers Samantha another witness: Katrina, who initially refuses due to how Harvey treated her. After Alex speaks with her, Katrina tells Faye she will claim Faye asked her to spy on Samantha and tamper with evidence. Faye orders Harvey to remove Katrina from the witness list, but Harvey counters by insisting Faye put their agreement in writing.
The next morning, Samantha and Mike yell at Harvey for tampering with their witness, and a fight breaks out. When Faye intervenes, Gretchen—whom Louis had visited the previous day—swaps the documents at the last moment. The "fight" was a distraction, and Faye unknowingly signs a document admitting to witness tampering, forcing her out of the firm. She refuses to leave until Harvey privately persuades her, telling her he will give her what she wants (himself) but not in the way she wants it. After Harvey announces Faye is packing, Louis rehires Samantha.
The following day, Louis and Sheila marry, with Stan officiating. Sheila goes into labor, and they head to the hospital. On impulse, Harvey proposes to Donna, and they marry on the spot. After Sheila gives birth to a daughter, Harvey and Donna tell Louis they are resigning to move to Seattle and work with Mike. Harvey explains that while he told Faye this, he now wants to work in the grey for the good guys. Katrina becomes a named partner, and the firm is renamed Litt Wheeler Williams Bennett. Before leaving, Mike "interviews" Harvey for his new job, reversing the roles from the first episode. As Donna and Louis ride the elevator together for the last time, Harvey takes a final look at his office and walks out.
