Lambda Telescopii is a solitary, bluish-white star in Telescopium, shining at magnitude 4.84 and visible without aid in clear skies. Gaia DR3 data puts it roughly 490 light-years away, moving toward us. This star, classified as B9.5 IV/V, is nearing the end of its main sequence phase, blending subgiant and main sequence traits.
