Harvey
Pelican Town's doctor and a marriage candidate.
Harvey is the town doctor and one of the marriage candidates in Stardew Valley. He lives in a small apartment above the medical clinic in Pelican Town and spends most of his time working.
He is a little older than the other bachelors. He collects model planes, keeps a working radio in his room and seems to like jazz. Maru is among his friends.

Schedule
Harvey runs the clinic in Pelican Town. On Tuesdays and Thursdays he gives villagers their check-ups in the exam room; on most other days he staffs the front desk in the morning and goes out for exercise in the afternoon (the park west of the town square in spring, south of the fountain west of the Community Center in summer, the tree west of the bridge to the beach in fall) before reading in his room upstairs in the evening. In winter he spends those afternoons in his room and goes to the Stardrop Saloon in the evening.
On Fridays he goes to Pierre's General Store and on Saturdays to the Museum. On rainy days he goes up to his room at noon to sit by his radio and visits the Saloon later. He runs the medical tent at the Desert Festival in spring and goes to the Night Market on Winter 15.
After marriage he still works at the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Mondays he visits Pierre's General Store and the fountain by the Community Center.

- Two hearts (George's house, with George there): You walk in on Harvey's check-up of George, who rejects his advice about changing his lifestyle and asks you for a second opinion.
- Four hearts (the clinic): He gives you your annual check-up, notices that your pulse seems high, and declares you healthy but tells you not to overwork yourself on the farm.
- Six hearts (Pierre's General Store, 11 AM to 3 PM): You catch him at a dance aerobics session; embarrassed, he explains that he does it to stay healthy as he gets older and runs the clinic largely alone.
- Eight hearts (the clinic): He makes radio contact with a real pilot, watches the plane fly over with you, and tells you he wanted to be a pilot but his eyesight and fear of heights stopped him.
- Ten hearts (after his letter; the railroad tracks, 9 AM to 5 PM): Despite his fear of heights he has rented a hot air balloon for the two of you, and you share a kiss high in the sky.
- Fourteen hearts (married, in a farmhouse upgraded twice; 8 PM to midnight): He has cooked angel hair pasta with clams for dinner and offers to wash the dishes afterwards.
Marriage
Once married, Harvey moves into the farmhouse and adds his own room to the right of the bedroom, along with a small garden behind the house where he reads. He keeps working at the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
On mornings he stays in he may make you a Complete Breakfast, and on rainy nights a dinner (Salmon Dinner, Crispy Bass, Fried Eel, Carp Surprise or Vegetable Medley).
