Artanis

Artanis is the primary Protoss protagonist of the StarCraft franchise, a high templar and military commander introduced in Brood War and voiced by Patrick Seitz in StarCraft II and Heroes of the Storm; later novels established him as the unnamed Executor of the original game's Protoss campaign. The youngest templar to reach the ranks of praetor and executor, he helps defend Aiur alongside Fenix, is sent to arrest Tassadar, sides with him instead and helps him defeat the Overmind, then organises the evacuation of Aiur. Back on Shakuras he becomes hierarch of the unified Protoss Daelaam. He is the central character of Legacy of the Void, in which he leads the invasion to retake Aiur, has his nerve cords severed to free him from Amon's control, and joins Raynor and Kerrigan in destroying Amon in the Void.
