The Caribbean is a setting of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves (2005). Dimitri calls in the favour he was owed from Holland and buys the gang tickets to Blood Bath Bay, a pirate town in the Caribbean Sea that keeps up the ways of piracy.

Dimitri is searching for his grandfather's scuba gear and the loot he had raised from undersea wrecks, all stolen by a local pirate.

In the first game the region also appears through Mz. Ruby, the alligator mystic of the Fiendish Five, who raises an undead army in Haiti.
The gang recovers the scuba gear, but another pirate, Captain LeFwee, steals the loot and kidnaps Penelope. During the rescue Bentley frees her from her cell and is injured by LeFwee, and Penelope then takes up a sword and challenges LeFwee to a duel.
