The O's

A minor crew in a city of giants.

The O's are a minor street gang in Stilwater, featured in the original Saints Row (2006). Unlike the three dominant gangs—the 3rd Street Saints, the Vice Kings, and the Los Carnales—the O's are a small, non-territorial faction that appears only in certain side activities and missions. They are not a primary antagonistic faction and do not participate in the city's three-way turf war. Instead, they serve as a collective enemy force encountered in specific contexts, lacking a named leader or significant narrative presence.

Lore & Background

Stilwater in the original Saints Row is a city fractured along gang lines, but the three dominant factions are the 3rd Street Saints, the Vice Kings, and the Los Carnales. The O's are a minor gang that does not hold territory or participate in the main turf war. They appear only in specific side activities and missions, functioning as a low-level obstacle rather than a major rival. Their presence is limited, and they lack the narrative weight or territorial presence of the primary gangs. Volition designed the first Saints Row as a GTA-style open-world crime game, and the O's fit as a minor nuisance rather than a central antagonist.

Reader's Guide

The O's do not have a single spotlighted leader the way later Saints Row gangs do. They are a collective: a roster of named and unnamed members who patrol Stilwater, hold territory, and show up in missions as the enemy force you have to clear out.

In the original Saints Row (2006), the O's are one of three factions you must defeat. Their members appear in the open world as drive-by targets, in scripted missions where you assault their positions, and in side activities that test your combat and driving skills. They are visually distinct from the Saints and the Vagos, with their own color palette and vehicle preferences.

There is no redemption arc, no double-cross, no post-credits cameo. You break them. You take their turf. The city is yours. That is the entire relationship, and it is delivered in the blunt, over-the-top tone Volition was known for: no monologues, no slow-motion speeches, just a drive-by and a territory flag flipping to your color.

If you are playing through the first Saints Row, treat the O's as a mid-campaign pressure test. They are not the final boss, but they are the wall you have to smash through before the Vagos become the real problem. Stack your weapons, keep your car fueled, and do not get greedy on the side jobs. Stilwater is small, and the O's are watching every street.
