Artemis

Lore & Background

Artemis originates from the Moon Kingdom, an ancient civilization on the Moon. He was dispatched to Earth to ensure the safety of Prince Endymion during his reincarnation cycle. His presence signifies a direct link between the current era's heroes and their royal pasts, bridging the gap between memory and reality. Unlike Luna, who often acts with urgency, Artemis is characterized by a more calm and reserved demeanor.

He frequently serves as a counterbalance to Luna’s intensity, offering measured advice when emotions run high among the Guardians. Their dynamic represents a partnership of equals, though their methods sometimes differ in approach. Throughout the conflicts involving various dark kingdoms, Artemis remains steadfast in his duty. He utilizes advanced technology from the Moon Kingdom to communicate with the team and track enemy movements.

His loyalty extends beyond simple obedience; he genuinely cares for the well-being of both the Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask.
