Synopsis

Remote sensing shows one planet closely resembling Earth. Three crew members descend in the reconnaissance capsule and find the planet seemingly abandoned. The stowaway Lobanov encounters human-like creatures who escort the group to an underground city, cutting off radio contact. While communications are lost, the orbiting Zarya meets a giant spaceship. Its commander explains that their planet's population consisted only of two kinds of bionic robots: executors and advanced rulers. Only the space radio observatory crew survived, unreachable by the robots. The boys fake a recharging request from the power plant, burning all robots on the planet and freeing it for the space station people.
