The Finster family is Chuckie, Tommy's insecure two-year-old best friend, and his mild-mannered father Chas. In Rugrats in Paris: The Movie Chas marries Kira, who becomes Chuckie's kind stepmother, and her daughter Kimi becomes his stepsister; in the seventh-season episode "Finsterella" Kimi becomes his adopted sister and Kira his adopted mother.
