High Stellarch
The ruler of the Empire, and one way off the planet.
The High Stellarch is the leader of the Empire, the faction that the Royalty DLC added to RimWorld. Royalty was released on February 24, 2020 alongside update 1.1 and brought the Empire together with royal titles and psylink technology for colonists.

Lore & Background
With Royalty installed, a game can end by hosting the High Stellarch at the colony and then leaving with them, an alternative to the base game's ending of building a ship and escaping the planet.
Reader's Guide
Royalty also added mechanoid clusters, new quests, body implants and weapons. Hosting the High Stellarch is the Royalty ending; the later Ideology DLC adds a different one, reaching the Archonexus.
