The storyteller who drops the plot in favour of chaos.
Randy Random is one of RimWorld's three preset AI storytellers. Instead of following a narrative arc, he gives up on story pacing altogether in favour of randomness and excitement.

Lore & Background
RimWorld's events are generated by an AI storyteller, which looks at the colony's current situation and picks the events it judges will make the most interesting story. The game ships with three preset storytellers: Cassandra Classic, Phoebe Chillax and Randy Random.
Reader's Guide
Cassandra Classic and Phoebe Chillax handle major threats separately from other events: they alternate between active and quiet periods, and a set number of major events happen in each active period, while Randy Random simply rolls major threats at random. On top of the storyteller, the game offers six preset difficulties and a custom option that shape how hard events are and how fast they ramp up.
